Core Values
In 2009, a group of people came together with one thing in common, the love of the game of football. Talented athletes, like-minded coaches, and determined organizational people pooled their interests to make this dream come true.
We believe organized football is more than the footballs, helmets, shoulder pads and uniforms. Our organization wants to avail to our young athletes the opportunity to learn the aspect of teamwork, the virtues of character, courage, loyalty, and the respect for authority. In addition, we strive to promote self-discipline that enables our youth to be leader’s tomorrow.
To be a LEADER: Taking charge of a situation under pressure...paying the price in sweat, effort and sacrifice...showing the way through good example.
To be a SPORTSMAN: Showing enthusiasm, spirit and courage all the time...taking advice and criticism in an effort to improve...being humble and gracious both on and off the field...respecting your opponent in both victory and defeat.
To be a COMPETITOR: Possessing a deep determination and desire to win...having pride in yourself and never giving up...getting up one more time than you are knocked down...being tougher than your opponent every play.
To be AGGRESSIVE: Hitting first and hitting harder than your opponent...hustling all the time, wanting to be #1...always giving maximum effort.
To be DEDICATED: Being well conditioned through proper training and diet...making every practice and working hard every play...studying the playbook to reduce mental errors...disciplining yourself to follow team rules and guidelines.
To be LOYAL: Thinking in terms of “we” instead of “I”...sacrificing for the good of the team...respecting the organization and your teammates...
THAT’S WHAT BEING PART OF THE STORM IS ALL ABOUT!
